Renters must be 21 years old or older and must provide proof of liability insurance meeting standard auto minimums before your rental begins, you will receive an email to verify your Drivers License and auto insurance information that was provided on the reservation form. The email will have two links and will walk you through taking photos of your Drivers License and verifying that your auto insurance is active.

Only licensed drivers 21 years old and older may operate a Luxe Kart LSV Kart. If you allow underage or unlicensed drivers to operate our golf cart at any time, we will cancel your reservation and retrieve the cart. No refund.

We just cannot overemphasize this requirement.

Before using your golf cart, please review the local Low-Speed Vehicle Laws.

All of our vehicles are street-legal and may be driven on any road that has a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. Our carts must stay within 10 miles of the delivery address. VA law prohibits ALL vehicles from driving on the beaches (this includes our carts).

While we cannot provide specific routes or streets for liability reasons, we encourage you to take the initiative and conduct thorough research on suitable routes prior to embarking on your adventure. By taking responsibility for route planning, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable journey through the scenic landscapes and charming neighborhoods that await you.

You may park the golf cart anywhere you can park a regular car. You must obey all posted parking signs. Parking fees and parking violations are the sole responsibility of the renter.

No, we do not rent by the hour.

Delivery window is between 10am-3pm. Chosen delivery times are not guaranteed, but we will accommodate as closely as possible. Pickups on the final day of your rental start at 10am.

Yes, to confirm your reservation full payment is required at the time of reservation.

If your plans change, you may cancel your reservation up until 30 days before your rental date for a full rental payment refund, less a $75 administrative fee. After that date, no refund is guaranteed. We will attempt to re-rent the Vehicle. If we are able to re-rent the Vehicle, we will issue a refund back to your credit card, of the rental amount less any difference in rental rate and less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds are given for emergencies, inclement weather, hurricane evacuations, or early departures.

No, our carts are not allowed to be driven on the beach, boardwalk, or in sand.

Yes, we deliver! We must deliver and pick up all of our vehicles.

Please check with your property manager that carts are allowed in the area you are staying. If you are staying at a hotel or resort, make sure you have a place to park the cart, a parking pass if necessary, and a place to charge the cart.

The cart will come with a 50 foot extension cord and a 10 foot charging cord. plug the cart into a regular outlet to charge. If renting multiple carts, be sure to charge the carts separately or on different breakers to avoid tripping the breaker.

Our cart’s top speed is 25 MPH

Our carts go about 30-35 miles on a full charge, but we recommend to put the cart on the charger whenever you’re not using it.

The charging cable is located in the storage compartment under the rear-facing seats. Lift the rear seats to access the storage compartment underneath.

If the battery becomes completely depleted, the cart will require a full 8–10 hours to recharge and for the system to reset before the cart can be driven again. To avoid this, we strongly recommend keeping the cart charged. Please plug in the cart whenever it is not in use and overnight.

If the battery is fully drained while the cart is in use, the renter will be responsible for any required pickup or tow fees.

Yes, the cart must be returned fully charged or an additional day will be charged to your card.

No, you do not have to be present for delivery or pickup. Please include any delivery instructions or gate codes with your reservation.
